Stash required...

...not a scrapbooking stash (I already have one of those!), but a stash of home made cards for every occasion. It's getting to the point where I have to make cards on demand...and that is NOT a good thing :(

It's been years since I've made a sympathy card...but then I needed 3, all in the same week :(

And if there is a type of card I struggle with more than any other (even boy cards!) it's sympathy cards.

I think it would be easier if I didn't have a particular person in mind when creating the sympathy card...hmmmm....stash definitely required.

In other news....
the boy is home safe and sound from Adelaide...yay! Thanks so much for all your good wishes. He didn't achieve quite the results he was hoping for, but that happens sometimes in sport :)

Have a great weekend. I'm hoping to break out the papers and do some scrapping... yes, really!

Welcome home Riley, I am sure you did your best and thats all that matters.
I too struggle with sympathy cards and I agree not having a person in mind might make it easier.
Have a great weekend.
love me :-)

So glad to hear that Riley is home safe and sound from competing - you must be so proud!

Sorry to hear of your recent losses. I am sure your handmade cards showed how much you care.

Have to agree with you Susan...the sympathy cards are the hardest to make. Great to hear that your boy is home safely...enjoy the rest of the holidays with him!

Welcome home Riley, we think you're a winner regardless of the results!
Such beautiful cards, I'm sure they'll be received with love.

yes welcome home Riley, you need to relax now and enjoy the rest of your holidays.
I dont think that i have ever made a sympathy card, dont have one in my huge stash and yes sure do agree with the fact that not having a person in mind would make it easier.
Come on Susan you need to have a day of cardmaking just for your stash, it is world card making day after all.
