It's the weekend!
I am determined to do some crafting this weekend....really, I am. It's a long weekend here in Western Australia, and while I have a bit of running around to do with the kids, I am determined to find some time to create.
And this is where I started...
I can't take credit for this LO design...I lifted it from a LO by Kim Hughes in an old edition of Scrapbook Trends that I had marked, because I love it's simplicity. I must admit though, cutting the photos into circles took me back to my early Creative Memories days, and caused me to shudder at least once LOL. These were some photos that I had left over from the Monkey Mia album I made a while back, so the circle-cutting didn't bother me toooooo much...not a habit I want to get back into, though :)
I reached into my rather large collection of old Chatterbox papers for the background ...(only so large because I loved them so much and couldn't bear to use them!) and the white is the brand new Bazzill dotted swiss, which is sure to become one of my new favourites. Have you seen it yet? Such yummy texture! And voila! One LO completed!
Now, to keep the momentum going......
