Farmers Wife Friday

Here they are...and on time this week!

First up is Block 48 Homeward Bound...
...I'm still out of sequence due to printer problems, but grateful that I can still make blocks with the templates I have :)

Block 46 is called Hill & Valley...

...a rather strange looking block, don't you think?

You may also notice that I'm back to using white background fabrics again. I've always said the ones with white are my favourites, and I'm now thinking maybe I should use white in all my blocks...LOL...what do you think? Maybe I should lay them all out and have another look? The indecision that I'm experiencing with this quilt is slowly doing my head in!

Have a wonderful weekend, and thanks for visiting :)

They do look pretty with the white. You could do the rest with white, and the ones done so far without can be scattered through as points of interest/difference or whatever you want to call them. :)

Or, remake the patterned blocks to include whites at the end if you're not happy, and use the patterned for cushions, table runners, pot holders etc etc. Cause they are still very pretty without the white :)

Mmm I would need to see the whole thing together again. Love that last block because it's do different.

Still no headway on my three table toppers.

I too do like white, something really crisp, pure and clean about white. Looks great!

Your blocks are lovely! White backgrounds are very modern and if that is what you love...don't stop!
