Grandparents

I'm running a little late in showing you my October block for my "A Family Gathering" quilt, but here it is...

It's called Grandparents, and aren't they just the cutest? As usual, I love all the little details, like Grandpa's reindeer tie...

...and the silver closure on Grandma's purse :)
When Linda, Tracey and I (the Three of Us) started this quilt, it seemed like it would take forever. The months are flying by so fast this year, that we are getting closer and closer...only 3 or 4 more blocks to go!

One thing is for certain, this quilt is certainly going to be bright :)

Hope you are having a great week. A big hello to those of you who have started following my blog recently...it's great to have you here! Please feel free to leave me a comment so I can visit you back :)
