It's a fact...sitting still for any length of time without doing something with my hands is a challenge for me :)
So I'm thinking about my little trip to Melbourne on Friday (eeeeekk.....so excited) and wondering how I'm going to pass the time on the plane, when I remember a tip I read over on Cardygirl's blog quite a while ago, about sewing and plane travel. While you're not allowed to take scissors in your take-on luggage...to cut your threads while stitching...the airlines have no problems with this...
...ingenius.
She's a clever girl, that Cardy :)
Ten hours of uninterrupted stitching time for me over the weekend...WOOOHOOOOO!

Happy days.

i love this idea! It has been so many years since I have flown, I am sure I would try to bring all sorts of no-nos, and not leave nearly enough time to deal with the recent procedures. The years of running through the concourse, jumping on the plane are gone now!
