Farmers Wife Friday

From experience, I've found that I work better when I have a time frame...something to aim for, something to work towards, an end date :)

With that in mind, I've called this post Farmers Wife Friday, hoping that it will encourage me to make it a regular thing...you know, post some Farmers Wife blocks every Friday? Hey, it's worth a try!

So here are my blocks so far...

...a massive four in total! See why I need the blog title? LOL

This one is called Basket Weave, and came together quickly.

Can you go wrong with red polkadots? I think not :)

Yellow polkadots are also a bit cute...

...especially with a ric-rac handle for the Basket block.

Happy Farmers Wife Friday!

Oh I am so jealous. I would have loved to tackle that project but after todays attempt at my Family Gathering Quilt (see blog post) I think I shall just stick to the projects I have.
Can't wait to see the next ones.
love me :-)

Pretty blocks so far, the ric rac touch is too cute! Deadlines are great, my motto is never do today what you could possibly put off till tomorrow! LOL
Hope you're having a lovely weekend.
